Shama Qureshi

Founder | M.A in English

Introducing Ms. Shama Qureshi, a dynamic and intelligent professional who plays a key role in the management team at EMGC. With over 16 years of experience in the education sector, she is known for her hardworking nature, strong leadership skills, and deep understanding of student needs and academic structures.

Ms. Shama is actively involved in managing and overseeing operations for courses such as Banking, SSC, UPSC, CAT, CLAT, UGC NET, NDA, Science Classes, and Railways coaching. Her strategic planning, coordination with the faculty, and student-centric approach helps ensure smooth functioning and quality delivery across all Branches at Andheri, Borivali and Vasai.

She is highly respected for her organized working style, calm demeanor, and problem-solving attitude. Her ability to design systems that empower students and support teachers has contributed significantly to EMGC’s reputation for excellence.

Outside work, she enjoys reading, listening old songs, and Baking Cakes, adding grace and balance to her professional life.

Andheri Center Manager

Mannu Jha is a dedicated educator and mentor at EMGC Academy, known for his result-oriented teaching approach and strong conceptual clarity. With a deep understanding of competitive examinations over the last 17+ years he has supported to crack competitive exams for 3000+ candidates from UPSC, Banking, CAT, GMAT, GRE, SAT, SSC, Railways and CLAT exams.

His guidance emphasizes discipline, strategy, and confidence—key pillars for success in government examinations.

Neha Chaubey

Borivali Center Manager

Neha Chaubey serves as the Academic Counselor and Branch Head at Borivali, with over 5 years of proven experience in academic advising, student engagement, and center operations. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree and a Certification in Career Counseling and Guidance, equipping her with strong expertise in student psychology and career mapping. Neha has consistently demonstrated excellence in mentoring students for competitive examinations by providing structured guidance, performance tracking, and personalized study strategies. Her professional approach, combined with strong leadership and communication skills, ensures high student satisfaction and academic outcomes. Adv. Siddharth Desai, Senior Law Faculty at EMGC, is a highly experienced criminal lawyer and mentor with over 10 years of teaching excellence. An alumnus of ILS Law College, Pune, and an LL.M. graduate from the University of Pune, he brings a perfect blend of academic depth and real courtroom experience to his classes.
