    General Awareness: Current affairs, history, geography, polity, economics, general science, culture, important events, government schemes and basic static GK.

    Quantitative Aptitude / Mathematical Abilities: Number system, arithmetic, percentage, ratio and proportion, average, profit and loss, simple/compound interest, time and work, time-distance, algebra, geometry, mensuration, trigonometry and data interpretation.

    English Language: Vocabulary, grammar, sentence structure, error detection, fill in the blanks, synonyms/antonyms, idioms, comprehension, cloze test, active/passive voice and direct/indirect speech.

    Computer Knowledge: Computer fundamentals, operating systems, MS Office basics, internet and email, networking fundamentals, cyber awareness and common computer terminology.

    • The applicable test depends on the post and the requirements notified by SSC.
    • Candidates should practice speed and accuracy on a computer keyboard well before the test.
